The Indian Navy has invited applications for admission to a four-year BTech course. The selection for admission to BTech course will be based on the Junior Entrance Exam (JEE) Mains score. The selected candidates will be distributed among the education, technical, and executive branches of the Indian Navy on completion of their course. The application process for the same has open on January 29.
As per the official notification, the last date to apply online for the same is February 9, 2021. To apply for the Indian navy BTech four-year degree course, candidates have to visit the official website – joinindiannavy.gov.in.
Candidates who clear the JEE Mains entrance exam will directly shortlisted for the SSB interview rounds. Approximately 900 candidates will be selected for SSB interviews which will be held at Bengaluru, Bhopal, Kolkata, Visakhapatnam from March to June 2021, as per the official notice. Candidates recommended by the SSBs and declared medically fit, will be selected for training in Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala, Kerala.
Eligibility Criteria For Indian Navy BTech
To apply for the Indian Navy BTech Degree course, candidates must read the eligibility criteria carefully. To apply for the same, an applicant should be born between January 2, 2002, and July 1, 2004, with birth dates inclusive. Candidates should have passed the 12 class with a minimum 70 per cent mark aggregately in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). In English language, applicant should have scored at least 50% marks.

- Do registration using details such as email ID
- Fill the application carefully
- After filling the the form, make a payment
- Click the ‘submit button’
- Download the registration or application form for further reference
On the successful completion of the course, BTech Degree will be awarded by the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). After that cadets will be distributed amongst various technical and electrical branches as per the extant policy.
