Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Delhi has released an online application form for Ph.D program. There is no provision for offline form. Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website of IIIT Delhi – iiitd.ac.in to apply for the Ph.D programs.
Subjects Offered by IIIT-Delhi:
IIIT Delhi offers Ph.D in Computation Biology, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mathematics, Social Science, Humanities, and Human-Centered Design.
Candidates can apply through the online application portal. Any candidates who want to apply for more than one discipline will have to submit a separate application form.
The notification released by the authority, “the concerned department may use higher cut off levels for shortlisting besides giving due consideration to the way questions are answered in the application form. Candidates belonging to reserved category SC/ST/differently-abled categories would be eligible for relaxations, as per norms, in the selection criteria.
Candidates must note that there are different eligibility criteria for each program. Applicants are advised to go through the eligibility criteria before applying for the Ph.D.

Fellowship Offered by IIIT Delhi:
IIT Delhi offers financial benefits to its Ph.D scholars. Those who qualify for the Ph.D programs as regular students will be provided for institute fellowship.
Presently the IIIT Delhi is providing a fellowship of Rs. 31,000 per month in the first and second years and Rs. 35,000 per month is offered to the third and fourth years scholars while students receive 30, 000 per month fellowship in the fifth year.
Besides these, students are also provided additional financial support regarding their travel and overseas research fellowship (ORF).
