The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has released the GATE 2020 answer key today, February 18, 2020, for all 25 papers. To check the official GATE 2020 answer key, the candidates need to visit the official website or by clicking on the link below. The GATE 2020 question papers were released by authorities on February 17, 2020. The candidates can challenge the GATE answer key 2020 with a valid supporting document from 11:00 hours (IST) of February 19 to 18:00 hours (IST) on February 21 by paying Rs 500 per challenge.

Steps To Calculate Score Using GATE 2020 Answer Key
Candidates can follow the below steps to calculate score using the GATE answer key.
- Download GATE 2020 answer key along with the response sheet and question paper of GATE 2020. The steps to download the GATE response sheet has been mentioned below.
- Match the responses given in the answer from the response mentioned in the response sheet.
- As per the marking scheme, the candidates need to add or deduct marks accordingly and get their estimated score of GATE
For MCQ questions:
- Add 1 marks For correct 1 mark question
- Deduct 1/3 marks For incorrect 1 mark questions
- Add 2 marks For correct 2 marks question
- Deduct 2/3 marks For incorrect 2 marks question
For NAT questions
- Add 2 marks For correct 2 marks question
- Add 1 marks For correct 1 mark question
- No negative marking for an incorrect answer

On February 12, 2018, IIT Delhi has released the GATE 2020 response sheet. Candidates may follow the steps available below to access the response sheet and the question papers.
- Login to the (GATE Online Application Processing System) GOAPS website: http://appsgate.iitd.ac.in/
- Fill the details which include enrollment number or email id, and password.
- Click on the ‘view response sheet’ on the screen.

- Visit the official website of GOAPS: http://appsgate.iitd.ac.in/
- Login using enrollment number or email id, and password
- Click on GATE 2020 answer key
- Select the paper to challenge answer key
- Enter the question ID from the official answer key and make the payment
