COMEDK UGET 2020: Exam On June 26, Application Date Extended Till May 30

COMEDK UGET 2020: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has declared that the COMEDK UGET 2020 exam will be held on June 26, 2020, in two shifts (first shift is from 9 am to 12 noon; the second shift is from 2 pm to 5 pm). The last date of application for COMEDK UGET 2020 has been extended till May 30, 2020, due to the COVID-19 crisis. Earlier the last date of application was May 5 and the exam was scheduled for May 10.

The COMEDK UGET 2020 application form correction facility will be available from 12 noon on June 1 till 4 pm on June 3. The registered students can update their photo, test city preference and academic details through this correction facility window. The duration of examination is 3 hours and is conducted once in a year. There are total three sections: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics comprising of 60 questions each of 1 marks each totalling to 180 questions with 180 marks.

COMEDK UGET is a computer-based examination that is conducted for admissions to engineering and architecture courses offered by over more than 120 institutes or colleges. According to a report, more than 1 lakh candidates appear for COMEDK UGET (Under Graduate Entrance Test) every year.  Candidates can get admission to over 20,000 BTech and BArch seats. To seek admissions in Architecture courses, candidates don’t need to take COMEDK 2020, they have to fill up the separate application form.

Please note that students interested in seeking admission to BArch courses through COMEDK 2020 will first have to appear for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and then will be eligible to participate in COMEDK counselling for the allocation of seats.

COMEDK Application Fee 2020

The fee for candidates attempting both COMEDK AND UniGAUGE is Rs 2600 and candidates attempting three subjects is Rs 1600 (PCM) + GST & Convenience charges. The fee can be paid by the candidates through debit/credit card or net banking.
