CBSE 12th Board Exam 2020: Recently, The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a clarification for Class 12 board examination for the private students. The clarification states that the CBSE exams for 6 subjects will be conducted as per the 2019 exam pattern for the private candidates. The nine subjects will be held as per the pattern provided for the CBSE sample papers 2020. Check below the subjects with new subject code.
The 6 subjects that will be conducted as per the 2019 exam pattern include-
- Mass Media Studies, (Subject Code: 072);
- Library and Information Science, (Subject Code: 079);
- Typography and CA English, (Subject Code: 607);
- Shorthand English, (Subject Code: 608);
- Typography and CA Hindi (Subject Code: 609);
- Web Application, (Subject Code: 796);

The 9 subjects that will be conducted as per the pattern is given in the Curriculum and CBSE Sample Question Paper for 2020 examination (for the private candidate) includes:
- Fashion Studies, (Subject Code: 837);
- Agriculture, (Subject Code: 808);
- Office Procedure and Practice, (Subject Code: 824);
- Geospatial Technology, (Subject Code: 818);
- Taxation, (Subject Code: 822);
- Marketing, (Subject Code: 812);
- Salesmanship, (Subject Code: 831);
- Banking, (Subject Code: 811);
- Insurance, (Subject Code: 814);

Moreover, the Board has released the CBSE Date Sheet for classes 12th and 10th for Board examinations 2020. As per the schedule, CBSE class 12th exams 2020 will commence from February 15 and conclude on March 30 with vocational subjects; while the CBSE class 10th exams 2020 will commence from February 15 and conclude on March 20 with vocational subjects.
