AIBE -15 Result 2020 To Be Released In Third Week Of March

The bar council of India (BCI) has announced that AIBE-XV result 2020 will be made available in the third week of March. Earlier, it was said that the result would be declared in the first week of March but due to some administrative issues, it has been postponed.

The much delayed AIBE-XV 2020 was conducted on January 24, 2021, in offline mode. Candidates can check their AIBE 15 result at the official website of AIBE- allindiabarexamination.com

The AIBE result 2020 will be important for thousands of law graduate students who would be looking to get the Certificate of Practice (CoP) after clearing the exam. Candidates are waiting for the declaration of results so that they can initiate further process. The CoP is an important document that is awarded to the AIBE qualified candidates. Having CoP is a prerequisite for practising law in any court across India.

 

Qualifying Nature:

To qualify for the AIBE exam, unreserved category candidates must have to score at least 40 % mark in the test while for reserved category candidates such as – SC & ST candidates, 35 % is the minimum marks to get CoP.

 

AIBE XVI (16) 2021 Also Get Delayed;

As per the official notification that reads that the bar council has already postponed the AIBE-16 session 2021 on February 21, 2021. The 16th session of AIBE will now schedule to be conducted on April 25, rather than the earlier date March 21. In consonance with the postponement, the registration date has also been extended till March 22 from 21, 2021.
