Zomato IPO: Listing now on July 23, the company’s shares traded in the grey market at a premium of 29%

Shares of food delivery platform Zomato IPO may go public on July 23. Prior to listing, the company’s shares have seen a rally in the grey market. Shares of the company are rising by Rs 20-22 in the grey market. Shares of Zomato are trading at Rs 96-98 in the grey market. At the same time, the issue price of the company’s shares is Rs 76. Unlisted shares of the company are traded on the grey market. Earlier, the company was scheduled to be listed on July 27, but now it can be listed only on July 23.

If the shares are not distributed, you will get your money back

Zomato shares were allotted on July 22, 2021. The company has already set a date for your listing, so if you don’t receive the shares, the funds will be refunded. Zomato had brought in an issue of Rs 9,375 crore. The company’s issue will open on July 14 and close on July 16, 2021. The company issue was subscribed 38.25 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) section was booked 51.79 times. At the same time, the reserve for institutional investors stood at 32.96, while the share of retail investors subscribed 7.45 times.

>> Click on the name of Zomato Share.

>> Here you have to enter the application number, DP ID / Customer ID or your PAN.

>> Then click on the search button.

>> The status of the application will be shown after filling in all the information properly.
