L&T Emerge as a Large Business as it Attracts many Investors in the Domestic Market

Larsen and turbo on Wednesday state that it has received multiple orders from several market influencers and lenders in the domestic market. They added, many business segments come to join the wave of investing in L&T.

Larsen & Turbo Limited, is well known as L&T. it is an Indian company which covers following sector such as  technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and financial company with commanding the global operations, headquarter in Mumbai, India. It is one of the prestigious and impactful conglomerates among Indian Companies.

The company was not able to declare the exact amount of investment but said the orders fall under the large category, which ranges between Rs 2,500 crore and Rs 5000 crore as per its classification of contracts.

The company said this contract will definitely boost the economy and help to generate a competitive market in the domestic businesses. In a time of falling economy, investment in the domestic market is a hope of coming out from the crisis.

The company further added that the construction arm of L&T has secured the order from prestigious companies and clients are showing an interest in its varied businesses.

The company briefs that its projects are designed to enhance the business in the infrastructure sector and provide a good quality of outcome. Its infrastructure and estate business has won orders from a reputed developer to construct a high rise residential project and an office space in Mumbai.

The project will highly focus on constructing the good quality of building for residential and office purposes inclusion the warehousing logistics park at Mumbai and has secured an order for construction of 4,000 TPD (tonnes per day) capacity clinker plant in Odisha.

The company said, “L&T water and wastewater treatment business has secured an order from Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board, for providing 24×7 surface-based water supplies to Patiala town.

It has received order for ongoing projects in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. They are receiving a project of water supply and sewerage construction along with reservoirs and electrical and instrumentation work from Bengaluru, Karnataka.


“Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is funding Bengaluru Water Supply and Sewerage Project,” L&T added.
