Last week, 8 out of the top 10 Sensex companies saw a total increase of Rs 72,442 crore in market capitalization

Last week, the market capitalization of eight of the top 10 companies of Sensex has increased by a total of Rs 72,442.88 crore. Among these, Infosys has been the most profitable. During this period only the market capitalization of Reliance Industries and State Bank of India declined. Infosys’ market capitalization increased by Rs 24,962.94 crore last week, taking it to Rs 5,85,564.20 crore. The BSE Sensitive Index Sensex gained 386.76 points or 0.78 per cent in the previous week.

Last week, the market capitalization of Tata Consultancy Services increased by Rs 18,458.26 crore, taking it to Rs 11,30,763.01 crore. HDFC Bank’s market capitalization increased by Rs 12,123.8 crore last week, taking it to Rs 8,55,086.25 crore. Apart from this, Bajaj Finance’s M-cap has increased by Rs 6,643.53 crore to Rs 3,34,716.18 crore during the week.

HDFC’s market capitalization increased by Rs 4,435.47 crore last week, bringing it to Rs 4,62,992.20 crore. Kotak Mahindra Bank’s M-cap rose by Rs 2,648.24 crore to Rs 3,83,741.06 crore during this period. ICICI Bank’s market capitalization rose by Rs 2,230.82 crore to Rs 4,23,733.91 crore last week. Apart from this, the M-cap of Hindustan Unilever rose by Rs 939.82 crore to Rs 5,18,265.12 crore.

In contrast, Reliance Industries’ market capitalization fell by Rs 25,294.37 crore last week, bringing it down to Rs 13,55,784.49 crore. At the same time, SBI’s market valuation declined by Rs 2,320.4 crore to Rs 3,40,206.19 crore.

Reliance Industries (RIL) retained the first position in the list of top-10 companies last week. After that, respectively, TCS, HDFC Bank (HDFC Bank Ltd), Infosys, Hindustan Unilever Limited, HDFC (HDFC), ICICI Bank (ICICI Bank), Kotak Mahindra Bank (Kotak Mahindra Bank), SBI (State Bank of India) and Bajaj Finance.
