Gold Price Today: Gold and Silver prices fell in futures trade

Gold and silver prices declined in the futures trade. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) at 10:50 am in April 2021, the price of delivery gold was down by Rs 67, or 0.15 per cent, to Rs 44,790 per 10 grams. In the previous session i.e. on Tuesday, the price of gold for the April contract was Rs 44,857 per 10 grams. Similarly, in June 2021, the price of delivery gold was trending at Rs 45,040 per 10 grams with a decrease of Rs 68, i.e. 0.15 per cent. In the previous trading session, the gold price for the June contract was Rs 45,108 per 10 grams. 

Silver Price in Futures Market

Silver price, which was delivered on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) at 10:49 am in May 2021, was trending at Rs 66,998 per kg, falling by Rs 482, or 0.71 per cent. In the previous session, the price of May contract silver was Rs 67,480 per kg. Similarly, silver for the July contract was trading at Rs 68,057 per kg with a rupee of Rs 409 or 0.60 per cent. In the previous session, the price of July contract silver was Rs 68,466 per kg.  

According to Bloomberg, gold was trading at $ 8.80, or 0.51 percent, at $ 1,708.10 an ounce on Comex. Similarly, in the spot market, gold was trading at $ 1,711.15 an ounce with a loss of $ 4.95, or 0.29 per cent.  

Silver price internationally

According to Bloomberg, silver was trading at $ 25.43 an ounce, a fall of $ 0.43, or 1.63 per cent, on Comex. In the spot market, silver was trading at $ 25.61 an ounce with a break of $ 0.33, or 1.25 per cent.
