Central employees will get great news on Holi!

There is good news for central government employees. There may be a bumper increase in the salary of employees on Holi 2022. On the festival, the government has decided to give gifts to the employees and pensioners. In the month of March, the government will transfer the entire arrears of Rs 38692 to the account of the employees. 

There will be an increase of 3 percent
Employees have been waiting for dearness allowance for a long time. In January, the dearness allowance of the employees was to be increased. This time the DA of the employees can be increased by 3 percent.

DA will be 34 percent, at
this time employees get dearness allowance at the rate of 31 percent. If the DA is increased by 3 percent, then the DA of the employees will increase to 34 percent.

It may be announced in March that
from January 2022, employees will get the benefit of DA at the rate of 34 percent. Under the 7th Pay Commission, dearness allowance is paid on the basic salary of the employees. It is believed that the government can announce the increased dearness allowance in March. 

Salary of these people will increase by Rs 6480
If the basic salary of an employee is Rs 18000 and he gets dearness allowance at the rate of 34 percent, then accordingly the salary of the employees will increase by about Rs 540 per month i.e. an increase of Rs 6480 per annum. 

Salary of these people will increase by Rs 20484
If the basic salary of the employee is Rs 56900 and there is an increase of 3% in DA, then his salary will increase by Rs 1707 per month, after which the salary of the employees will increase by Rs 20484 annually.

If the basic salary of any employee is between Rs 18000 to Rs 56900 and dearness allowance is to be given at the rate of 34 per cent, then according to Rs 56900, the employee will get Rs 19346 per month . Monthly dearness allowance will be given. If the government releases dearness allowance for the months of January and February in the salary for the month of March, according to this, the employee will get about Rs 38692 as arrears.
