12 IPOs to be launched this month, see full list

Actually, this month 12 IPOs including food delivery company Zomato are opening for a subscription. Indian companies have raised about 40 thousand crores through IPO in the second half of this year even after the second wave of coronavirus. The food delivery company’s IPO has got SEBI approval. The company is going to bring an issue with a valuation of $ 8.7 billion. The issue of the company can come by mid-July.

Shriram Properties

Shriram Properties will bring an initial public offer in July itself. The company is preparing to raise Rs 800 crore through IPO. In this, a fresh issue of Rs 250 crore will be issued, while an offer of sale (OFS) of Rs 550 crore will be brought.

Seven Islands Shipping

It is Ocean Logistics Company in Mumbai. Seven Islands Shipping has got approval from SEBI to bring IPO in April 2021 itself. The company is about to raise Rs 600 crore from the issue.

Arohan Financial Services

Kolkata-based microfinance company Aarohan Financial Services will also bring its IPO this month. The company is preparing to raise Rs 1800 crore from the issue. There will be a fresh issue of Rs 850 crore and the rest will be an offer for sale.

AMI Organics

It is a chemical manufacturing company that will bring an IPO of Rs 650 crore in July. The company will issue a fresh issue of Rs 300 crore. Also, 60.60 crore shares will be sold in the offer for sale.

GR Infraprojects

This company of Rajasthan manufactures roads and highways. The issue of the company will open for subscription on 7 July 2021. The company is about to bring an issue of Rs 963 crore. Its price band has been fixed at Rs 828-837. The issue of the company will close on July 9, 2021.

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank

IPO of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is coming in July. According to the application issued by the company, a fresh issue of Rs 750 crore will be issued. Also, shares worth Rs 600 crore will be sold in the offer for sale.

Glenmark Life Sciences

Pharma company Glenmark Life Sciences is preparing to raise Rs 1700 crore through IPO. The company will issue a fresh issue of Rs 1160 crore. Also, the company will sell 73 lakh shares under the offer for sale.

Clean Science Technology

The issue of clean science technology will be purely offered for sale. Company promoters are selling their stake. Therefore, all the money raised from the issue will go to the promoters. The company is preparing to raise Rs 1546 crore through the issue. Its price band has been fixed at Rs 880-900. The issue of the company will open on 7 July and will close on 9 July 2021.

Vijaya Diagnostic Center

This Hyderabad-based company is preparing to bring an issue in July. The company is preparing to raise Rs 2000 crore from IPO. In this, the stakeholders of the company are selling their stake, who has a 35 percent stake in the company.

Nuvoco Vistas Corp

This cement company is going to bring an issue of Rs 5000 crore this month. In this, there will be a fresh issue of Rs 1500 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 3500 crore.
