TVS will be revealing its leading TVS electric scooter in India on January 25. The scooter is looking very conventional which has been foreseen to adopt some samples from Jupiter.
TVS is busy in January as their brands are ready to launch. The company will be revealing the BS6 Apache RTR 160 in India on January 30. They have also revealed the BS6 Star City Plus on their website. Apart from these, the company has uploaded a short video about the forthcoming electrical motorbike. It’s one of the brand’s first-ever. And it will be demonstrated in India on January 25. The video does not tell much about the forthcoming Electric scooter, as the TVS company likes to give a surprise to the people.
Previously TVS has shown off an electric scooter concept called the Creon at the Auto Expo 2018. Still, from the observations in the teaser, this E- the scooter is unquestionably not the Creon as it does not seem anywhere as advanced as the Creon concept.
The electric scooter in the teaser looks to be a higher conventional-looking scooter. TVS were spotted testing an electric scooter many years ago and we know it is going to be that model only. The forthcoming design will be a full-size TVS scooter, apparent from its large overall dimensions in our detective shots. This new electric-scooter is supposed to bestow a number of parts with the TVS Jupiter. It will arrive with a vast but advanced seat. The scooter is also supposed to be furnished with a new monoshock suspension for the back and drum brakes.
From spy photographs noticed before, the electric scooter will have a roomy flat floorboard, flush-fitted turn indicators, and convenient bag warehouse hooks. It is also awaited to come with added elements like alloy wheels with tubeless tires as a pennant. The batteries will most probably be located under the seats.
The scooter has the qualities of a race scooter and is packed with the newest technologies such as a TFT screen that unites with a smartphone for access to multiple scooter apps and showcases essential information like battery and speed level. The scooter is combined with a service cloud, as it presents three driving modes. It has a parking assistant, regenerative braking, Geo-fencing, GPS navigation, and anti-theft security systems
It would be interesting to recognize how TVS fixes the price of this electric scooter and whether it underprices the likes of the Bajaj Chetak and the Ather 450. Given the plain layout and mechanical in the spy shots, we could also pretend that this would be the entry-level electric scooter of the company offering to undercut the aforementioned Electric scooters, with the Creon, will be a candid competitor in the future.
