Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched Honda Unicorn 160 BS6 in India. The 2020 Honda Unicorn 160 BS6 is rated from ₹ 93,593 and gets an abrupt rise in prices by about ₹ 13,500 over the outgoing Unicorn 150 ABS. Honda has rebranded the vehicle to only the ‘Unicorn’ denoting that only a free version will be on the proposal. This indicates the Unicorn’s 150 cc motor will be terminated and the bike has been updated to the 160 cc-power mills. The current CB Unicorn 160 also gets interrupted as a consequence, which emphasized a more premium design and a more robust motor. The new Unicorn 160 BS6 not simply receives an updated motor but updated styling, increased comfortability, and ultimately, a motor kill switch.
Talking on the ship, Minoru Kato, President, CEO & Managing Director, HMSI said, “Unicorn was the preeminent bike launched by Honda in India. After its launch, it has always been the benchmark when it arrives at motor subtlety and sleek performance. With a legacy of more than 16 years, brand Unicorn has been the leading selection of more than 2.5 million households.”
Talking about the Unicorn BS6, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior Vice President, Sales, and Marketing, HMSI said, “With the latest high-level PGM-FI HET 160 cc motor producing more power, Unicorn BS6 will elevate the bar for seamless polished performance along with the support of Honda security.”
