Reports suggested that of the 58 passengers and 5 crew members 15 people were rescued while many others were still stuck inside the half submerged plane.

As many as 23 people were confirmed dead and there’s fear of the numbers to increase.

An amateur video taken by a passerby shows how close the plane was to the bridge. Eyewitnsses also claim to have seen the left wing of the plane hit a taxi while it was still in the air.

TransAsian flight had a similar plane disaster just last July when it lost control and crashed due to bad weather killing 48 people.
